Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of aflibercept in polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy (PCV) and exudative macular degeneration (2 arms), sponsored by Shanghai General Hospital. Primary endpoint: BCVA change at Week 52 from baseline in different treatment regimens. Planned start Dec 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
