Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of peginterferon alfa-2b in polycythemia vera (PV) and thrombocythemia, sponsored by Institute of Hematology and Blood Diseases Hospital. Primary endpoints: Hematologic complete remission (CR) rate at 12, 24, 36, and 48 weeks and Overall hematologic response rate (ORR: CR + PR) at 12, 24, 36, and 48 weeks.
