Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial in treatment-resistant depression (TRD) comparing Venlafaxine extended-release arm with Desvenlafaxine succinate extended-release arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: MADRS total score change from baseline at week 8 and HAMD-17 total score at week 8. Planned start Jan 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
