Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial in postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV), postoperative pain and Emergence agitation (EA) comparing Alfentanil group with Sufentanil group (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Incidence of postoperative vomiting within 24 hours. Planned start Jan 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
