Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of crisugabalin besilate in diabetic peripheral polyneuropathy (DPN) and paresthesia, sponsored by Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Primary endpoint: Change in modified Toronto Clinical Neuropathy Score (mTCNS) from baseline after 4 weeks of treatment. Planned start Jan 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
