Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in pulmonary valve stenosis (PVS), pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular septum (PA/IVS) and right ventricular remodeling comparing Spironolactone arm with Placebo arm (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change in extracellular volume fraction at 6 months. Planned start Jan 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
