Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), Dementia and Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) comparing Mazdutide arm with Placebo arm (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Integrated Alzheimer’s Disease Rating Scale (iADRS) score at week 76. Started Jan 2026; status: recruiting.
