Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) and sleep disorder comparing Experimental arm – ondansetron with Control arm – placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Incidence of nausea and vomiting on postoperative day 1. Planned start Jan 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
