RENEW-ALC-2 brenipatide Phase 3 trial in alcohol use disorder

Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of brenipatide in alcohol use disorder (AUD) (4 arms), sponsored by Hangzhou Seventh People's Hospital. Primary endpoints: Dual primary endpoint (overall reduction in alcohol consumption from baseline to endpoint) and For brenipatide responders in Phase Ib: superiority of combined brenipatide doses vs placebo in reducing total alcohol consumption.
