Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of RGL-2102 in chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI), arteriosclerosis obliterans and Buerger disease (TAO) (2 arms), sponsored by Beijing Luhe Hospital. Primary endpoints: Change in pain score from baseline to Day 180 and Change in ulcer area from baseline to Day 180. Planned start Feb 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
