Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of adipose mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes in ischemic stroke (7 arms), sponsored by Shanghai General Hospital. Primary endpoints: Treatment-emergent adverse events and serious adverse events at Day 90, Nasal mucosa changes at Day 90 and 2 more. Planned start Feb 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
