Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial in postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) comparing Amisulpride group, Aprepitant group and Combination therapy group (aprepitant + amisulpride) (3 arms). Primary endpoint: Postoperative nausea and vomiting 30-minute complete remission rate. Planned start Feb 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
