Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of semaglutide in Acute Graft-Versus-Host Disease (aGvHD) and hematopoietic malignancies, sponsored by The Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University. Primary endpoint: Cumulative incidence of grade II–IV acute graft-versus-host disease within 100 days post-transplant. Planned start Feb 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
