Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in lupus nephritis (LN) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) comparing SIM0278 300 µg Q2W plus standard therapy with Placebo Q2W plus standard therapy (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Overall renal response rate (complete + partial renal response) at week 52. Planned start Mar 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
