Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in multiple system atrophy (MSA) comparing Butylphthalide group with Placebo group (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Main symptom control of multiple system atrophy at 12 months and Autonomic function at 12 months. Planned start Mar 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
