Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in traumatic brain injury (TBI), acute lung injury (ALI) and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) comparing Magnesium Sulfate Group with Placebo Group (2 arms). Primary endpoint: 28-day hierarchical composite endpoint. Planned start Mar 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
