Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial of esketamine in Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (SIRS), inflammation and postoperative pain (2 arms), sponsored by Shenzhen Nanshan People's Hospital. Primary endpoints: Cytokines and lymphocyte subsets and ANP and Degree of pain (VAS at 24 hours and 3 months). Planned start Mar 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
