Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and oligoasthenospermia (OA) comparing Sangzhi alkaloids + standard therapy with Placebo + standard therapy (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Sperm concentration at week 12. Planned start Mar 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
