Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial in complications of surgical procedures, postoperative pain and respiratory complication comparing Dexmedetomidine group with Fospropofol disodium group (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Incidence of complications (Clavien-Dindo grade ≥ 1) within 30 days after the operation. Planned start Mar 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
