Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of venetoclax, azacitidine, aclarubicin, cytarabine, daunorubicin and 1 more in myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML) (2 arms), sponsored by Department of Hematology, Seventh Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital. Primary endpoints: CR/CRi rate within 2 treatment courses, MRD negativity rate within 2 treatment courses and 8 more. Planned start Mar 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
