Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) comparing Active intranasal dexmedetomidine + esketamine with Placebo intranasal normal saline (2 arms). Primary endpoint: FLACC score within 48 hours after the operation. Planned start Mar 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
