Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in ischemic stroke comparing Control group: intravenous thrombolysis + sivelestat placebo with Experimental group: intravenous thrombolysis + sivelestat (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Proportion of patients with 90-day mRS score 0–2. Planned start Apr 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
