Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial in Postoperative sleep disturbance (PSD) comparing Ciprofol arm, Propofol arm and Sevoflurane arm (control) (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS) score on postoperative day 1 and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Planned start Apr 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
