Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial in post-operative cognitive decline (POCD) comparing Propofol total intravenous anesthesia with Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Intraoperative absolute change value of regional cerebral oxygen saturation (rSO2) and Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score. Started Apr 2026; status: recruiting.
