Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of frexalimab in multiple sclerosis (MS) (2 arms), sponsored by West China Hospital of Sichuan University. Primary endpoints: Area under the curve over the interval W20 to W24 (AUCW20-W24) and Trough concentration at steady state (Ctrough, SS). Planned start Apr 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
