Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of genakumab in systemic sclerosis (SSc), sponsored by Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College. Primary endpoints: CRISS score at week 24 for patients with baseline mRSS > 20 and Pulmonary function improvement at week 24 for patients with baseline mRSS ≤ 20. Planned start May 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
