Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial in major depressive disorder (MDD), sleep disorder and post-operative cognitive decline (POCD) comparing Esketamine arm with Saline placebo arm (2 arms). Primary endpoint: 17-item Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HAMD-17) score. Planned start May 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
