Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in autoimmune colitis comparing TAN-118 tablets with Placebo tablets (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Adverse events and serious adverse events during treatment, Adverse events leading to suspension or permanent discontinuation of study drug and 4 more. Planned start May 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
