Overview
Phase 4, randomised, single-blind trial in acute gastrointestinal injury (AGI), sepsis, septic shock and 1 more comparing Lipoic acid group with Control (placebo) group (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Intestinal function injury markers (I-FABP, citrulline, D-lactic acid, diamine oxidase). Planned start May 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
