Subanesthetic esketamine + dexmedetomidine for postoperative mood and cognition in colorectal cancer surgery

Phase 4, open-label trial of esketamine and dexmedetomidine in post-operative cognitive decline (POCD), anxiety disorder, major depressive disorder (MDD) and 2 more (2 arms), sponsored by First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University. Primary endpoints: Incidence of anxiety and depression and Opioid consumption, duration of surgery, duration of anesthesia, volume of fluid replacement, estimated blood loss, urine output and related intraoperative parameters.
