Overview
Phase 4, open-label trial of recombinant human prourokinase in ischemic stroke (2 arms), sponsored by Linyi People's Hospital. Primary endpoints: Proportion of subjects with mRS 0–1 at 90 days after intravenous rhPro-UK thrombolysis and Incidence of symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage within hospitalization.
