Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in chronic kidney disease (CKD), hyperuricemia and proteinuria comparing Placebo with Dotinurad (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Proportion of subjects with SUA ≤ 360 μmol/L at Week 24 and Change in 24-hour UACR at Week 24 vs baseline. Planned start Jun 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
