Overview
Phase 2, randomised trial in Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) comparing Placebo control with AHB-137 (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Clinical cure 24 weeks after discontinuation of all chronic hepatitis B treatments and High-sensitivity HBsAg < 0.005 IU/mL and HBV DNA < LLOQ (10 IU/mL) at end of treatment. Planned start Jun 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
