Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial in anxiety disorder and major depressive disorder (MDD) comparing Oxazepam + escitalopram with Tandospirone + escitalopram (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA) total score at week 4 and HAMA response rate at week 2. Planned start Jun 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
