Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of serplulimab in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma (ESCC), sponsored by Zhejiang Cancer Hospital. Primary endpoints: MPR rate in FAPI-responsive group after continued nCIT and MPR rate in FAPI-non-responsive group after escalation to nCRT. Planned start Jul 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
