Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in Chronic Coronary Syndrome (CCS) and major depressive disorder (MDD) comparing Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pill + conventional Western medicine with Control: placebo + conventional Western medicine (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change in Hamilton Depression Rating Scale-17 score from baseline to week 12. Planned start Jul 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
