Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of tazemetostat and azacitidine in myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), sponsored by Ruijin Hospital. Primary endpoints: Objective response rate (ORR) by IWG 2023 and Recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of tazemetostat + azacitidine. Planned start Jul 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
