Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of recombinant human thrombopoietin in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia (CIT), sponsored by Baoding Children's Hospital. Primary endpoints: PLT response rate on Day 10 after initial rhTPO administration and Frequency of platelet transfusions and total transfusion dose. Planned start Aug 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
