Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in radiation-induced lung injury (RILI), Checkpoint inhibitor pneumonitis (CIP), pneumonia and 3 more comparing Trial group: Pirfenidone + basic treatment with Control group: Placebo + basic treatment (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Percentage of patients hospitalized or who died for any reason related to acute lung exacerbation at 24 weeks. Planned start Aug 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
