Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in postoperative pain and postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) comparing Sufentanil PCIA group with Anruikefen PCIA group (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Time-weighted mean of resting pain NRS within 0–24 hours postoperatively and Incidence of PONV 0–24 hours postoperatively. Planned start Aug 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
