Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of budesonide in IgA nephropathy (IgAN), sponsored by The First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University. Primary endpoints: Urine Protein-to-Creatinine Ratio (UPCR) at Month 9 and Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) at Month 9. Planned start Aug 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
