Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of bedaquiline, linezolid, levofloxacin, isoniazid, pretomanid and 3 more in pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) and drug-susceptible tuberculosis (DS-TB) (3 arms), sponsored by Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center. Primary endpoints: Adverse events grade III or higher, Treatment success rate and 3 more. Planned start Dec 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
