Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial of sirolimus in Thrombocytopenia, immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) (2 arms), sponsored by Peking Union Medical College Hospital. Primary endpoints: Total response rate of ITP treatment at Week 24 and Change from baseline in SLEDAI-2K score at Week 24. Planned start Oct 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
