Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of elranatamab and CAR T-cell therapy (BCMA-directed) in multiple myeloma (MM), sponsored by Ruijin Hospital. Primary endpoints: Overall response rate at end of 3 cycles of elranatamab and Overall response rate at month 3 after CAR-T infusion. Planned start Aug 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
