Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial of mazdutide in heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) and obesity (3 arms), sponsored by Fuwai Hospital. Primary endpoints: Change in KCCQ-CSS from baseline to Week 36 and Percentage change from baseline in body weight at Week 36. Planned start Jan 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
