Overview
Phase 2, randomised, single-blind trial in Chronic Hepatitis B (CHB) comparing ASC42 + entecavir + Pegasys with Placebo + entecavir + Pegasys (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change from baseline in serum HBV pgRNA and HBsAg levels at week 12 and week 24 of follow-up and Safety of ASC42 plus entecavir and peginterferon alfa-2a.
