Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of vzv-7d in chickenpox (3 arms), sponsored by Wantai BioPharm. Primary endpoints: Seroconversion rate of varicella virus-specific IgG antibodies at 30 and 90 days after two doses of low- or middle-dose VZV-7D under different immunization schedules and Geometric mean titer (GMT) of varicella virus-specific IgG antibodies at 30 and 90 days after two doses of low- or middle-dose VZV-7D under different immunization schedules.
