Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial in idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss (ISSNHL) comparing Oral prednisolone, Intratympanic dexamethasone and Combined prednisolone + dexamethasone (3 arms). Primary endpoint: Absolute improvement in pure tone audiogram average at 12 weeks. Started Jul 2023; status: recruiting.
