Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in achondroplasia (ACH) comparing TransCon CNP with Placebo then open-label TransCon CNP (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Incidence of treatment-emergent adverse events over 52 weeks and Change from baseline to 52 weeks in length/height Z-score. Started Jan 2024; status: active, not recruiting.
