Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial in human immunodeficiency virus infection (HIV) comparing Switch to Biktarvy with Remain on dolutegravir plus one or two NRTIs (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Cerebral function parameters at day 120 and Sleep, antiretroviral therapy symptoms, and health-related quality of life at day 120. Started Oct 2021; status: completed.
